Charged, but did not get premium for 3 months..

Charged, but did not get premium for 3 months..

I was just going pay for the 3 month discount offer, but I used a credit card that had been used before. 
Spotify charged me, and I didn't get spotify premium for 3 months! 

It wasn't that much money, but still! Spotify should've not charged me for it. Instead given me a error message or something.

Those offers are available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
 

 

You can contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out with a refund, if interested. They take, at the most, 24-48 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
