Charged but meant to be part of my phone package deal with Telecom

Charged but meant to be part of my phone package deal with Telecom

So... I have a monthly package deal with Telecom NZ and Spotify Premium is part of it so I should not be charged (and the family account is in my husbands name and paid by him - not paid from my credit card). Then I see a credit card payment to  'SPOTIFY P00CC5DB79 STOCKHOLM SWE' for $12.99. No way I did this, so how do I find out what's going on with that?

Hi @whatspot thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

I'd think this might be something the accounts team would want to have a look at if you've been charged unwittingly. You can reach them through this anonymous contact form so you wont need any user ID.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

In the mean time it might be worth trying to dig through email or text to see if you have anything from Spotify that might include your username for a premium account. I'd get in touch with Telecom too about it.
