Hello, about 1 hour ago i bought spotify unlimited to this very account. didnt work right away so i checked my bank account, and indeed i was charged.
one hour has now passed i even have a receit sent to my email but no spotify unlimited, why is this and how can they fix this when there is no way to get in touch with an employee at spotify TT.

and the email adress that it were sent to

which btw isnt the email that this account is assigned too, but still both of my spotify accounts are ´without subscription yet im charged

The numerical username is normally a sign the subscription is on a Facebook registered account.
If you log in using your Facebook details do you see your subscription?

Just going to jump in here to clear things up.
@frebbyfisk - you have one account created via Facebook, which has your Unlimited subscription on. You also have an account with the same username you use for your Community profile, which doesn't have any subscription.
If you log out of Spotify and back in with your Facebook details, you won't see any adverts.
If that's not the account you wanted your subscription on, get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.
