Charged but not qualified

I didn't read everything when it came to Spotify student. I thought it was for all students. I was charged $5.29 just for writing my card number down. I don't qualify but I was still charged. How can I get my money back?

Please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
