Charged by EE but Spotify account says payment failed

Charged by EE but Spotify account says payment failed

I recently upgraded my phone still with same company (EE) and have the same number.
I still get charged £9.99 per month from EE
But Spotify have notified me that payment has failed.
How do I sort this out? Thanks

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
