Charged by Spotify and iTunes for Premium - HELP!

Charged by Spotify and iTunes for Premium - HELP!

I have just discovered that for at least 12 months I have been charged by both iTunes and Spotify for my Premium service.  iTunes has been charging me £12.99 and Spotify £9.99.

 

I would like to know what to do and how I can get my money back from the last 12 months of overcharging.

 

Please help!

I am afraid iTunes is independent of Spotify. But I can help you with regards to your Spotify account.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in  contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
