Charged card after saying error so we tried another card which was also charge. yet sub didnt upgrad

Charged card after saying error so we tried another card which was also charge. yet sub didnt upgrad

I would like a refund of $4.99 after the system said error but still proceeded to charge the card.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

will spotify upgrade after the charge isnt pending anymore? and how do i get a refund because they charged two if my bank accounts
