Charged double

2 months ago my payment couldn't go though due to insufficient funds. When we got paid we paid it immediately, but our Spotify still said we had free. After a few days when it didn't revert back to premium I went in and clicked to go back on premium. Last month we were charged double. My husband looked it up and it said to do nothing that it would correct itself. Well I got an email from iTunes with out Spotify payment receipt and we were charged double again. What do we do now? I tried to use the support system thing, but every time I tried to send my question it said my session ended...
