Charged for 1 month and 12 months simultaneously?

Charged for 1 month and 12 months simultaneously?

So I had to change my payment info the other day as my debit card number changed. Upon doing this, I renewed my subscription for 1 month, as it had expired while I was waiting on my new card. When checking my bank account today, I found that I had been charged for 1 month, and then seperately for 12 months at the same time, which I did not agree to. So I guess my question is, what the hell do I do?

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

Username/ID: xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

You can login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription here:

With all that info you will know how many and when the charges were made.
