Charged for 3 accounts and only have 2 accounts

In my family, two of us have spotify premium accounts and my checking account is being charged three times a month. Spotify makes it nearly impossible to contact, and I am not interested in making extra offerings to spotify. How can I contact someone to get this straightened out without just having my bank shut everything down?

Can you contact support (1) please?

 

They usually reply within 1-2 days.

Thanks. I couldn't find the email or phone contact info on the website. They have contacted me back and are trying together to trace the wrong charges.
