Charged for Free Trial

Charged for Free Trial

I've recently been informed by my parents that they've been charged for premium in January and February. On January 4th it said I can try premium for free for 30 days. I put in the credit card information and it said that I would not be charged for the next month if i end the subscription before February 4th. I cancelled the subscription on February 3rd and I recieved an extra month of premium. However, at the end of March, my parents told me that they have been charged $22.58 in January and February. So I'd like to know if it's possible to recieve a refund because I had no intention of purchasing a premium account at that time.

Thanks,

Coleman Yuen
