Hello Spotify Team,

 

I wasnt sure where to reach out to for assistance, so i hope this is the right place.

 

I noticed I was charged twice on my bill for April. Once $11.29 CAD then $135.46CAD two days later. I dont understand why i would be charged for a monthly and annual membership.

 

I would love to continue to be a monthly subscriber, but would like the $135.46 to be refuneded.

On your receipts page, what does it show? I'll escalate this to the team, but more than likely you will need to contact the payments team through the online contact form. I'll double check though! 🙂

Hi Merik,

On the recipts page its shows both transactions, the second one two days
after the first. For the $135 charge it says "1000429587016" for the order
ID.

here is a screenshot of the page:

It would be great if I could contact the Payment Team. How would I go about
that?
