My Question or Issue

Hi support, I am on normal Premium account converting to Family Premium account as a member of family, not manager. 

 

A few issues: 

1. Click on family invite link > enter correct address > error occurs, not able to join

 

2. In my ACCOUNT OVERVIEW, my subscription is showing "Family Premium" instead of normal premium. It prompts me to set up Family Premium account as manager but I did not initiate this. I would like to cancel my normal premium. 

 

3. My receipts shows that I am charged for Family Premium but I am not family plan manager. 

 

I would like to be refunded for point 3 mentioned above, and to cancel my current premium plan to join my family please. ;( Thanks!
