Charged for Premium but not given

Charged for Premium but not given

I clicked on the student discound ad, and was charged for premium but I didn't get a receipt or Premium. It prompted me to go to SheerID and verify my student status, but the webpage timed out and I could no longer access it. As I checked my balance, I saw that I was charged the student discound price, but wasnt given Premium. Not sure how to go about this.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
