Charged for Premium but not on my account

Charged for Premium but not on my account

I bought the deal for the 3 months of Premium for $0.99. The charge did go through on my credit card but when I log into Spotify it still says I have the free version and to upgrade to Premium for $9.99.

 

How do I my account to update?

 

I have logged out and logged back in, both on the web app and website.

Hi.

Can you follow these steps to check if you have Premium on a secondary account?
https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/
Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I am trying to get through to anyone at spotify. I have been paying for  1 1/2 years now for premium. I never ever get to log in or use it. NO ONE ever gets back to me but you keep taking my money. I am finally giving up! WHAT A SCAM! I am declaring all of the charges fraud. Your customer service is absolute **bleep**ing zero. a year and ahf of bait and switch with zero resolution - because hey, contacting spotofy to fix your crappy service is somehow my fill time job. I encourage everyone to read their billing statements! 

I did not receive an email just the charge. Is there any way to get in touch with a Spotify rep so they can look up my charge history?
