I have recently noticed on my bank statement that I have been charged $5 for a Spotify membership on my debit card that I have NEVER linked to my spotify account. Any communal help would be appreciated, as I do not know my ways around the Spotify forum on here.
Where should I go? Who do I contact? I don't want to be continually charged $5 for a service I don't even have access to?
You should get in contact with the customer support directly using the online contact form or via Twitter @SpotifyCares. and they will be able to look into getting this sorted for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
