Charged for Spotify after Cancelling

Charged for Spotify after Cancelling

I was charged for spotify on March 31st after cancelling my subscription on March 30th.

I have attached a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation because I was worried about this happening. I request a refund of this charge on my card.

Hey @itsdeann if you cancelled your account and you were still charged you may have opened two accounts with us and upgraded both. 

 

Are there any other email addresses you could have registered with? Have you checked those inboxes for an email confirmation after you upgraded to Premium?
