Charged for Spotify but don't seem to have an account

Spotify Case # 01010631: Account questions ref:_00DD0pxIW._500D0VzovR:ref

 

I sent this message a week ago and haven't heard back.

 

My boss is being charged $4 monthy for Spotify USA. He doesn't know what this is, and asked me to cancel it. I have tried logging in under both his email addresses and your system tells me there are no accounts under that email address. I have the card number that is being charged, I would like to cancel this but have no idea how to proceed from here. Please advise.

Is that reply from an automated response directing you back to the community? If so, please reply to it to make sure it reaches one of the payents team. After doing that, they should get in touch pretty quickly. If you haven't heard in 48 hours, please post again and I'll chase your case up.

Hey Dave 🙂 

 

Can you reply directly to that automated email with the case number in it (even if its from no-reply), that will bump your case in the system over to an advisor for you. After you have done that, someone will definitely get back to you as soon as possible.
