Charged for a Years Subscription !!

Instead of the usual £9.99 taken each month, my May 2013 bill is £119.88 - thats 12 months subscription in 1 hit !!

Ive just received an alert from PayPal account used to pay for Spotify, because of this fee I stand to be charged !!

No warning, No email - Nothing !!

And then I've tried to phone Spotify... No Number !!

Contacted company full 24hrs ago through website Contact Form - no reply !!

I've paid for this service since August 2011, WHAT IS GOING ON !!

How many more exclamations can i put in this mail !!!!

I would love some answers............................................

Can you post your case number from when you got in touch (its in the automated email reply) and I will ask someone to chase that up for you. 

If you didn't get a reply, are you sure the email address on your account is correct? Be sure to check your spam/junk folders too.

I didnt get an automated reply from yesterdays contact email.

I have just looked through inbox/ junk etc - nothing

Pretty sure email address is correct - received mail about artists new album 2days ago, 29.5.13
