Charged for a spotify account which I do not know the email for.

I must have started a free trial using an email address - however I now have no idea of the user name or log in details I used for that account as I do not use it now however I am being charged for premium but getting nothing for my money. Does anybody know If spotify can check your account numbers to see which emails they are paying out to? Or how they resolve such an issue. As without the address I cannot cancel membership!

I suggest you contact Spotify support using this contact form. Because here you can specify which email address they should reply to.
