Charged for free account

I have been charged £9.99 in Feb and March even though I have a 'free' account. No idea why. Need to cancel these charges and be reimbursed for wrongful charges asap

Hey @wrd2017,

 

Did you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you didn't received anything, it probably means you're paying a different account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
