Hello,

 

I need help and need to be contacted by a representative ASAP

I was chartged on the 14th for the monthly rate.

I was then charged for an ANNUAL RATE today. I merely thought I was updating my account

THIS IS NOT WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR.

I need a refund for the annual amount asap.

I think you may wish to contact support directly for refund issues instead of posting in the forum. Im sure they will be able to reverse the payment for you. I do think that they need to fix this and not allow people to pay again when they already have a subscription.
