Charged for premium and family subscription!!!!!!!

I'm very very irritated right now. Spotify is charging me for two different subscriptions. I got rid of premium and upgraded to family. I'm still getting charged for premium!!!!! Who do I email or talk to?!? Considering they make it so hard to contact them.... I'm pissed, I've been with Spotify for a few years now. Someone help me out please.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
