Charged for premium but not getting it..

Hi,
So I recently tried to subscribe to premium using the student discount. I put in all of my Visa card information but I haven't actually registered for the college I'm going to yet so Spotify couldn't recognize me. I looked at my card activities and I was still charged $5. On the Spotify website my account is still considered Free and I've tried all of my other emails and none of them are premium either. I'm sure that I was logged on to my Facebook when I tried to subscribe to Premium however.

Hi,

Supposedly, this issue was just a "pending" charge that I saw in my account.  The charge eventually went away and was never actually charged.  However, if you have any issues with Spotify, I highly recommend that you use Twitter and directly message the "Spotify Cares" handle.  They have been very helpful and responsive. Hope this helps!
