Supposedly, this issue was just a "pending" charge that I saw in my account. The charge eventually went away and was never actually charged. However, if you have any issues with Spotify, I highly recommend that you use Twitter and directly message the "Spotify Cares" handle. They have been very helpful and responsive. Hope this helps!
