Charged for premium, but still free

Hi,

 

So I recently tried to subscribe to premium using the student discount. I put in all of my Visa card information, but Spotify didn't recognize the college I go to, and the payment form was never completed. I looked at my card activities and I was still charged $5. On the Spotify website, my account is still considered Free and I've tried all of my other emails, and none of them are premium either.

 

I checked both of the emails I have a Spotify account on, and I haven't received anything from Spotify. My second account hasn't even used its' 30 day free trial yet.

 

I would rather just have a refund now, because I don't have the services I paid for.
