Charged for spotify premium and not getting it

Hi,

I signed up for a trial on spotify preium in may.  In June I broke my phone and have been trying to cancel my subscription since.  I have tried signing in with every possible email I may have used but all say I was using spotify free.  Is there anyway of finding the account and stop being charged for a service I am unable to access?  I know the card details, name of playlist made and date premium began?  Very frustrating as this is a luxury I cannot afford nd I can't even access the service.
