Charged for student account and my account still shows free account. Literally receieved the charge

I paid for the student subscription and cannot gain access to it...nothing updated when I logged in and still shows as "free". Already had the 9.99/monthly subscription and had to update my payment so my subscription could continue freely. So I signed up for student since I enrolled in college, and diddly sqat changed except my bank statement.
