Charged for student discount but still under Spotify free

Charged for student discount but still under Spotify free

I wanted to sign up for the student discount. I put all my credit card information. Next you guys make me verify my college. After a couple of mins you send me an email saying my transcript not accepted. I'm busy with school and work. Don't have the time to send you guys another college proven yet I was charged 4.99$ on my credit. Either I get my money back or you guys update my Spotify to student. Please fix this. By the way I have only one account. I double check. So don't tell me the 4.99 went to another acoount. I also logged out and sign back in.. still free. Plus how are you charging someone when in the first place you didn't accept the college transcript. Please explain that. I don't want my money going to waste epically for a college student paying tuition.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
