Charged for student premium but still show up as a free account?

Charged for student premium but still show up as a free account?

I tried subscribing for Spotify premium with the student discount, but I got charged before they verified I was a student yet I did not receive my premium account? What do I do?

Contact spotify by email,id like to help more but it seems spotify is a rule un to themselfes,i canceled my subscripton ,and have email to comfirm this,but money was still taken this month,,i dont think members realise if money is taken from your account without permission its theft,spotify will say its a system error,thats fine if its a isolated case but it certainly isnt ,its a regular thing sime members have had as much as six monthes taken after cancelled subscriptions,

I tried, I haven't gotten a response back. It's funny how they take money out of your account and won't give you the service promised. Good luck with yours!

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
