Charged incorrectly and asked for a refund but subscription was cancelled instead

Hi,

I am supposed to be on a student premium account being charged £4.99 a month.

I have been charged £9.99 a month since i updated my payment details.

Instead of recieving the refund I asked for my subscription has been cancelled.

Can someone help me get my money back?

I have been a student the whole time and have not changed my status.

Please bear in mind that the Community is not an official Spotify support service.

 

I'd recommend replying to the Spotify Support case about your refund request so they can look into this for you. Thanks 🙂
