Charged more than four times and can't upgrade

Please help I was trying to sign up for apology student discount but it kept giving me an error when I tried to put the school, now I still can't do it but I have been charged 4 times the 4.99, I don't know what to do in this case

Yeah the same thing happened to me but it only charged me once and I still don't have premium service even though spotify charged me? I contacted the customer supprt and they blew me off and won't help!
