Charged more than four times for the student premium

Charged more than four times for the student premium

A couple of days ago I was trying to get the student premium but I could not get it, It said that they could not verify my student status or something like that and as today I'm checking my bank account and I've been charged more than 4 time with the 

 

POS DEBIT ADY*SPOTIFY 22873352908 646-8375380 NY $4.99  

 

And I dont even have the student premium status, I want my refound and help to actually upgrade.

Hey there!

The Student Discount system is a bit tricky sometimes from what I've seen. You should contact Spotify, so that someone from the staff can check this for you. Please make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive afterwards, even if it's a no-reply! Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

As for not having actually gotten the Premium, does your account, in your account page, show up as Free or Premium?  There is a guide furthermore that you can use to troubleshoot that, but make sure to mention that you have this issue as well when you contact Spotify in the case it persists.
