Charged more than usual.

Charged more than usual.

I have been charged £9.99 instead of the £4.99 I have been paying with my student discount the past two months. I want a refund or a very good reason as to why I have been charged this much.

It seems that your yearly Studen Discount ran out, Student Discount must be renewed every year.

How the **bleep** can it have run out? I only subscribed to premium two months ago and became a student three months ago!?

My bad, if you subscribed 2 months ago something is wrong, you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

 

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
