Hello,

 

I had switched my payment information on my account a few months back and yet Spotify is still charging the old credit card.  This has to stop immediately.  

 

I've triple checked my accounts - an old account is on free, and my current account is on Premium.  

 

The payment information in my account is the correct credit card. However, Spotify is still charging the old one.

 

I need this fixed ASAP and it's very frustrating that there is nobody at Spotify to contact directly.  If this doesn't get fixed, I will have to unfortunately cancel my account ~indefinitely~ and sign up to Apple music instead.

This doesn't sound right... Have you contacted support so that a member of the Spotify staff can look into this? To do that, you can use the contact form here. Please make sure that after you've sent it, if you receive any automated email directing you back to the help pages, you need to reply to it, even if it's a no-reply!

 

Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
