Charged twice a month for 14 months

Hello

I've been charged twice a month for 14 months. It's been taken on different days of the month so I haven't noticed it before now and I've only got receipts from half of the orders. I've read on the forum that forum-support can't do anything about these kind of questions here but I can't find any other way of complaining about this? It's embarrasing you have apparently several cases of this and no way of detecting this in your system.
