Charged twice a month!

Charged twice a month!

I am being charged 10.66 on the 2nd and 30th of every month. It took me all of 3 seconds to give my credit card info and am not receiving premium services. When I reach out to Spotify for help, they tell me to check the community and Twitter, I have followed every single step I am supposed to and nothing, when I email the company, they send me the same answers, I don't want to cancel my credit card that I've had for years , but no help ever from them!!!

Eacieved a reply from Spotify and they said they researched it and they are not charging me twice a month case numbers are #04401232 and # 04500870, said my charge date is the 2nd of the month , they then charged me the next day January 4th and again on January 11th!!! I now have to cancel my card and need to inform every one that I have auto payments with !!!! And I still do not receive premium service!!!!! Beware !!!!!! No help in solving this!! So very disappointing!! Once they have your credit card number it's all over!!!
