Charged twice a month

Charged twice a month

I've been charged twice a month for well over a year and I'm the only user with only one account! One charge is from Spotify in Surry Hills Australia (which I have receipts for on my spotify account) and the other from Spotify in London (which shows up in my bank account transactions but no records on my spotify account)! Can someone explain why this has happened? How to I get in contact with Spotify about it? There doesn't seem to be a clear solution for this on here. I need an explanation and a refund! Seems so sneaky!

Hi @jff88,

 

If the charges occured on different dates (and from different countries), you probably have two accounts. Please check the following link and let me know if it helps:

Nope. Just the one account. Now what do I do? 

Hmm, that's odd.

 

In this case then I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
