Charged twice an extra 10er for Facebook account

Hello -  I renewed my Spotify subscription after temporarily downgrading from premium to free. However the account that was renewed wasn't my original account (cooken1) as I wanted but a seperate one linked to my Facebook (whose login details have the same email address) with the user name "niallpc". I changed the email for the cooken1 account to seperate it from Facebook to try and restore it but in doing so was charged an extra 10 euro for the month. Could I please be refunded this 10 (or have it put towards next month's payment) as it was Spotify's mistake in renewing a Facebook account instead of the one I wanted. Thank you.
