Charged twice and STILL no premium

I decided to take advantage of the wonderful premium sevice that you all love to rave about in your persistent advertising. 

I was charged twice, and still have the status of 'free' on my account. 

Your customer service is aversive and is really lacking actual customer service. 

What will you do about this?
