Charged twice and then charged again after I cancelled.

Charged twice and then charged again after I cancelled.

I was charged twice on june 5th for spotify premium. (30 minutes apart from each other). I then cancelled my subscription (on june 5th) because I didn't want premium and it charged me on july 5th. I don't have premium right now, yet it still charged me 9.99.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

If you where charged twice and then cancelled but you where still billed then it sounds like you have somehow subscribed on two accounts, and you have only cancelled one of them.

Not to worry, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to sort everything out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
