Charged twice each month

My Question or Issue

I just looked at my credit card statements and discovered that I've been charged twice a month since august 2019. One charge is for a premium account, and one for a premium family account.

 

I have followed all the instructions on your help pages, but I haven´t discovered any other accounts than the Premium Family one. 

 

I would really like for you to stop charging me twice, and to receive a refund for the last seven months.

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

Charges are taken and deducted from a user's account are based on the info and upgrades they had made to it.

 

Sometimes upon upgrading, users create more than one account which can cause these duplicate or two different charges. 

 

Please as a first step follow all the instructions on this "Unexpected Charges" support page for further steps.
