Charged twice for Unlimited

Charged twice for Unlimited

On the 27th of April I attempted to purchase spotify Unlimited. The website was having problems processing my request, so i tried to do it a couple of times.. Each time the transaction had been denied.  I left the site and loaded up spotify the next day to find i had apparently purchased Spotify Unlimited... I took a look in my bank account to find i had been charged twice for it.. I have tried to get a refund from the contacts form, but no joy. What should be my next course of action? 😧

Hi,

I'd suggest contacting the payments team for this, as we won't be able to sort anything over here (security details needed etc.). Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They'll get back to you as soon as they can.
