I do not have premium capabilities because I have not upgraded to them. That did not stop spotify from charging my credit card twice for a service I do not have, nor want. I sent two emails and am awaiting areply. I am more than dismayed that there is no customer service to speak of with this service and regret using it in the first place. I recommend YouTube red for your music streaming needs. They don't seem to be in the business of stealing from potential customers. Solutions would be much appreciated.
