Charged twice for premium monthly Membership

I have been a spotify premium member for a year, I recently got a new debit card and had to change my payment information in order to reactivity my premium membership. I looked at my bank account and I was charged twice rather than just the one $9.99 charge. I can not find any customer service number or any customer support contact information. I am at a loss as to who I need to speak to in order to get this resolved. Please let me know if anyone has any advice on how to resolve this and if anyone knows how to contact a customer service representative for spotify whether by phone or email. Thank you!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to get this sorted out for you without issue.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
