Charged twice for same account

I have a student account and pay £5 a month for this. For the past two months I have also been charged £9.99 for the same account but a few days before the £5 comes out. I want this other £9.99 to stop coming out and the previous two payments to be refunded as I have one account that I use so to get charged twice on this is incompetence to the extreme!

I have emailed the spotify support team but as of yet have not heard anything. Another £5 is going to be taken out tomorrow so i'd like to resolve this situation as soon as possible
