My Question or Issue

My family is sharing a family premium account and the bill is to my dad's card. However, he is receiving charges from two different premiums ($9.90 and $14.90). We investigated and we did not have any other premium accounts. Can someone please help with this because he has been charged $9.90 since forever even though we are all using the family account.
