Charged twice for two months

Charged twice for two months

So, today I logged into my bank account to be greeted by the news that since November I've been charged twice for my premium subscription (5.99). I do not have a second premium account nor did I click the subscription button twice. 

 

I would like a solution as soon as possible, please.
