Charged twice in January

I have been charged £9.99 twice in the month of January for a spotify payment. The dates are the 26th of January 2015 and the 29th of January 2015. I would like to request a full refund of £9.99.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG), @SpotifyAyuda (ESP) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

I have already filled out that form. I gave my card number, post code, dob, Ect. When will I be expecting the refund ?

They usually reply back within 24-48h, have you replied to the automated mail?
When hay you filled the contact form?
