Charged twice in one month


Charged twice in one month

was charged twice this month! once on the 11th and I have a pending charge that I noticed today (the 24th). I checked my old account and it says "get premium" on the side bar, so its not that account causing the second charge. I sent an email to support and just received an automated response. I replied saying I need further assistance but I've heard nothing back.
