My Question or Issue

i have been charged twice in the past two days for my account. The first one was my student discount, and then the second one was full priced Spotify. Please refund me the second amount

thanks for reaching out !

 

There's a common mistake for users to have more than one account and conduct payments on both - in this case you may have upgraded the wrong account or have created another account just for your student plan without canceling the other.

Please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.

 

Regardless, i would like you to take a look at this help page containing all info needed on unexpected charges to determine if one of the reasons is indeed the case.

 

Then, visit this help page on options when a user should get refunded for those charges.

so turns out there were 2 accounts linked to my card. But for some reason I didn’t get an email saying that I was going to be billed for this month??
